(In order for your customer to access their private secured website they must establish a username and password, please choose a username and password for the customer. We recommend using their email address as their Username. If they don't have an e-mail address or don't remember it, another good example username for John Smith could be jsmith or perhaps the customer's social security number including the hyphens and a password that you will remember).
